Join our team as a Materials Coordinator at Vista Aircraft Maintenance Van Nuys. We are an FAA-approved Part 145 Repair Station dedicated to providing comprehensive aircraft maintenance services. With a complete range of nose-to-tail care, we specialize in airframe, powerplant, and avionics maintenance, inspection, and repair for the Vista fleet.

Your Responsibilities
- Source parts and materials for aircraft maintenance and inventory.
- Establish/maintain relationships with vendors to ensure a that we obtain the best pricing and highest quality service
- Provide quotes internally and externally while ensuring that profit margins are maintained
- Manage purchase orders to vendors and suppliers
- Monitor outside services to ensure on-time delivery
- Pick up and deliver parts and materials as needed
- Perform receiving inspection of parts and materials to ensure conformity with FAA regulations and customer requirements
- Process core returns to vendors
- Ensure conformity with FAA regulatory requirements (Calibration, certification, shelf life, parts quarantine)
- Perform regular inventory, cycle counts and maintain min/max requirements
- Ensure accurate assignment and billing of parts to work orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of parts department
- Support after hours “On-Call” (AOG) support on a rotational basis as required
- Flexible schedule as required to meet the demand of the business.
Required education and experience
- Knowledge of corporate aircraft parts preferred. Gulfstream, Cessna, Bombardier, Embraer is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer skills including excel, word and outlook

The salary range for this position is $30 to $35+ per hour.
