Responsibilities

Reporting to Fleet Pricing Director, you will be integral to the success and growth of the Vista organisation. Analyse and determine the appropriate level of availability by fleet type for every day within a 90 day window and for peak days in the 365 day window.

  • Review, evaluate and recalibrate pricing
  • Responsible for setting and communicating pricing changes to wider organisation.
  • Daily directional toggling of pricing per fleet based on actual and forecasted demand.
  • Collate and review Quote data to determine forward demand and directionality.
  • Review and Interpret historical data to make informed decisions on a multitude of items including pricing and expected peak day usage.
  • Fully understand and utilise all dashboards and data to make informed decisions to drive optimal unit contribution.
  • Make decisions in support with Fleet Planning when aircraft schedule is constrained and provide support for making best decisions to support streamlined commercial operations
  • Work collaboratively with Fleet Sales to highlight excess inventory and directional Fleet requirements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly briefings for Fleet Sales pertaining to pricing levels, directional requirements and date driven focus.
  • Learn and understand contract terms for all VistaJetand XO products
  • Work with Fleet Planning to maximise fleet productivity and review opportunities across group fleets and external partner networks.
  • Drive demand needs to Fleet Sales for the Vista Fleet to correct demand imbalances
  • Develop good depth of knowledge on aircraft performance, airport limitations, weather events and demand patterns when decisions are being made and applied to the price of each quote
  • Make decisions in support with Fleet Planning when aircraft schedule is constrained and provide support for making best decisions to support streamlined commercial operations
  • Make informed decision making on the Vista fleet for all “last look” opportunities to drive on-fleet volume on all fleet types
  • Partner with Technology team to create and implement Fleet Pricing Technology across fleets.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of Operational or commercial experience, preferably in private aviation
  • University degree holder
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented; able to make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative and fast-moving individual.
  • Ability to collaborate, build and maintain relationships with cross functional departments.
  • Trusted, with a strong level of ownership and ability to maintain a high-performance culture
  • Ability to pivot in a constantly changing environment, navigating ambiguity and fast changes
