Vista Aircraft Maintenance is seeking to hire an Inventory Control Specialist for our Part 145 Repair Station in western Wisconsin. The Inventory Control Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our maintenance facility by managing aviation parts inventory with precision and efficiency. The ideal fit is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can anticipate the dynamic needs of aircraft maintenance. With a focus on maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting weekend operations as needed, and collaborating closely with maintenance teams.

Responsibilities
- Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Monitoring the current parts inventory
- Pricing parts to maintain profitability
- Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
- Helping aviation partners find and purchase the correct parts
- Overseeing special orders
- Collaborating with Lead Maintenance Technicians to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Communication Proficiency, both written and oral
- Problem Solving/Analysis
- Collaborative Skills/ Teamwork
- Systems Skills for computer hardware & software including applications
