Overview

The Global Graphic Designer brings visual storytelling to life for VistaJet, XO, and Vista across all platforms—from social and digital to print, OOH, and merchandise. With a refined design eye and a collaborative mindset, this role supports high-impact campaigns and brand initiatives around the globe. Experience in motion design and short-form video editing is required, and knowledge of 3D design tools is a major plus.

This is a role for a designer who moves confidently between concept and execution—and understands the power of visual clarity in luxury branding.

Responsibilities

  • Design assets for 360 campaigns across Vista brands (digital, social, CRM, web, print, OOH, product, video)
  • Create motion graphics and edit short-form video content for brand and product storytelling
  • Support UX/UI design projects including brand websites, campaign microsites, branded landing pages, and internal tools (Strapi, etc)
  • Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and other business stakeholders (sales, HR, finance) to maintain consistency across platforms
  • Manage design deliverables using project management tools and version control best practices
  • Elevate internal and external decks and executive materials through clean, on-brand design

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4–6+ years of experience in graphic design for luxury, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere for motion/video
  • Experience using Figma for UX/UI work and collaborative design reviews
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) for organizing deliverables
  • Bonus: Experience with Maya 3D or Blender 3D for environmental, product, or motion renderings
  • Detail-obsessed with strong layout, typography, and brand system skills

$80,000-$90,000 Salary
