Overview

The Copywriter is a strategic storyteller and tone of voice expert across VistaJet, XO, and Vista. This role crafts refined, persuasive, and globally relevant copy across all brand platforms—digital, print, social, OOH, and merchandise. With fluency in luxury language and attention to detail, the ideal candidate understands how to influence perception through every line.

This role blends creativity with precision, supporting high-profile launches, regional activations, and core brand messaging.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve copy and proofing for 360 campaigns across Vista brands (digital, social, CRM, web, print, OOH, product, video)
  • Craft engaging headlines and long-form storytelling that align with our global tone of voice
  • Partner with designers, marketers, and business stakeholders (sales, HR, finance) to bring strategic ideas to life
  • Refine internal and executive communication materials, including decks, speeches, and press releases
  • Ensure regional consistency while adapting messaging by market, platform, or audience
  • Maintain a global copy repository and contribute to tone of voice guidelines
  • Help concept campaign messaging and lead copy development from pitch to launch

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4–6+ years of experience in graphic design for luxury, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
  • Demonstrated mastery of brand tone, storytelling, and multi-platform writing
  • Experience using AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to accelerate brainstorming and content workflows
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Notion) to track and prioritize creative work
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams and on tight timelines
  • Strong editing skills, attention to detail, and creative versatility across formats

$80,000-$85,000 salary.
