The Vista Marketing Coordinator will assist the VP Marketing and US based Marketing team with the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. The responsibilities for the role may include coordinating marketing and community events; assisting with the development, execution and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns; creating original content; tracking sales data; and conducting market research. Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as project management experience are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Support the VP Marketing in North America with key team management tasks.
  • Project progress and task lists.
  • Monthly budget and invoicing updates.
  • Monthly reporting of regional performance.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to improve internal processes, in particular: assets management, shared documents, and project deadlines management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for new requests coming to the marketing team, allocate to the most appropriate team member and help set up project updates and delivery deadlines.
  • Help build and maintain the internal and external communications and marketing deliverables for Vista companies in North America.
  • Keep all group information updated on key touchpoints, such as websites, Wikipedia, Google maps, induction decks, HR materials, trade event materials, corporate collaterals.
  • Coordinate vendor tasks and timelines to support the Vista Marketing Team.
  • Complete all administrative duties, including ordering/scheduling printing, shipping, expense tracking, and other reporting functions.
  • Perform any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager.

  • This position is paying $60,000 annually.

Required Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS suite tools required.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat, as well as having familiarity with other MS Suite offerings preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, in the English language required.
  • Basic understanding of business operations.
  • Experience working with a sales CRM highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with various social media proficiency preferred.
  • Must be willing to periodically travel for work, including ground and/or air travel.
  • Able to maintain assigned work schedule efficiently.
