As part of Vista, XO is building the world’s best digital private aviation marketplace with a goal of scaling 5X in five years. We’re looking for a hands-on growth and demand generation operator who knows how to build, launch, and scale campaigns inside high-performance marketplaces and platforms.
The Growth & Demand Gen Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing and optimizing the strategic use of content across key digital marketing channels. This role is for someone who doesn’t just build presentations or write briefs. It’s for someone who creates lifecycle automations on Monday, launches a referral test on Tuesday, and has three more experiments running by Friday. You will know your way around the stack. You move fast. You love seeing the numbers change.
A cross-functional role that requires a deep understanding of channel-specific marketing strategies and a content-first mindset. A team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills.
