The Partnerships & Events Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting the Global Partnerships & Events team with communicating and driving engagement and awareness of Private World & XO partnerships, access and events with Vista Members & Prospects. Primary focus on Nth America region.
Reporting to the Global Partnerships & Events Director, the successful candidate will also work closely with the entire Global Partnerships & Events team and greater Vista team to support Event delivery, Partnership relationships, internal and Member communications. Primary focus on Nth America region.
This role requires someone who enjoys a fast paced and dynamic work environment, can collaborate with teams across the global business, is pro-active and can work autonomously and is familiar with the ultra-luxury market.
