Our Sales Teams are the first point of contact for all Vista Globals prospects; dealing with all aspects of their travel requirements as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure that each flight is tailor-made to the member’s specific needs.

Today, we are the world’s only global aviation company, flying corporations, governments and private clients to 207 countries on the Members' fleet of unrivalled silver and red business jets.

The basic renumeration for this role is currently between $70,000 and $80,000 per annum with a comprehensive commission plan with on-target-earnings to add an additional $75,000-$150,000.

Responsibilities

  • Selling charter flights, XO memberships and VistaJet Programs to end-clients within the Southern California region, to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Responsible for generating and maintaining a large and active pipeline of opportunities.
  • Negotiating within the commercial boundaries as set by the EVP & President of US.
  • Improving brand awareness within the region.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in the Vista CRM system.
  • Managing current customer accounts and developing relationships with your customer base.
  • Generating referrals from your current customer and prospect base.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 7+ Years Sales experience. Private aviation experience desirable.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; an additional local language would be an advantage.
  • Outstanding service and customer oriented behaviour;
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience of working in the region.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and ambitious.
